These future entrepreneurs spent the last semester studying abroad at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Coming from different cultural backgrounds and speaking different languages, they shared a common interest—to learn more about business and innovation.
They traveled far outside the borders of their home countries to immerse themselves in their new lives as UC Berkeley students and to experience the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley technology firsthand. So what did they learn during their time here? Here's what they had to say.
Ana Lucia Balazar is a BHGAP graduate, as well as a management and marketing major at the Technological University of Peru in Lima.
Yonghan (John) Chen is a BHGAP graduate and an international business administration major at Feng Chia University in Taichung City, Taiwan.
Yemen Zapata Huayta is a BHGAP graduate and international business administration major at the Technological University of Peru in Lima.
